Aequitas The Roman Goddess

Aequitas is a Roman Goddess of Equality and fairness. She's frequently portrayed holding a set of scales to symbolize fair deals and equality.

She's displayed in a dignified posture, dressed in a diadem and is holding a staff, and often She's also shown to have a cornucopia, the symbol of prosperity and riches.


She symbolizes true fairness.
Equity, nonetheless, is over and above the laws created by mankind, which, however justly intended, will always be imperfect.
