Zeus Greek King of Gods

Zeus is the king of the gods, the god of skies and weather conditions, law, order and fate.

He is represented as a regal man, older with a strong figure and a dark beard. His normal characteristics are a lightning bolt, royal sceptre and eagle.

A few of the more well-known myths featuring the god include:

His birth and up-bringing in the Diktaion cave, where he was nursed by Amaltheia and protected by the shield clashing Kouretes;

The Titan War by which he overthrew the Titans and
Zeus the King.
