Jupiter Roman King of the Gods

Jupiter is king of all Gods in Roman Mythology . The eagle is his brilliant messenger. His weapon is the Almighty Thunderbolt. He controls thunder and lightning.

All the other gods fear him, even though he is a little fearful of his wife Juno! Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto are the 3 sons of Saturn.

Sadly they split up the world among themselves. Jupiter took the air, Neptune possessed the sea and Pluto dominated under the earth, the home of the Deceased.

Jupiter implies Father Jove (Father in Latin is "pater").
