Ahsonnutli is the sky father and the main one god to the Navajo. He made the heavens, Earth, and the skies.
Each one of the 4 directions, or cardinal points, are supported by a large giant.
Each direction is represented by a colour: white~east; blue~south; yellow~west; black~north.
All these colours are widely-used by shaman (holy man) or performers throughout various celebrations to create gorgeous sand works of art.
